Two underwriting surfaces for the East Cape work, both built on the Now City Regenerative Underwriting Framework. Each takes a decision the project has to make and runs it through the framework with method visible: explicit rubric, v1 directional ranges, named v1.1 anchor paths, and a veto-gate aggregation.

On audience. These two surfaces were prepared for different readers. The Los Frailes assessment is a partner-facing companion to the confidential Chris Siepman proposal. The access scorecard was framed as Now City Inc. internal pipeline work. If both are placed in the same data room, the access scorecard should be reviewed for partner-facing framing first. Both are framework v1 directional, and both require Brianna Gonzalez sign-off before any external distribution.
